  1. Many thanks. Yet all American liberals can find to scream about now – just as their parents and grandparents did – is… Russia.

  2. Correction: This is a revision of my initial post. The two Hondurans interviewed for this video clearly are very good speakers. Even if I don't know Spanish, it's obvious to me that these people are very good speakers; and, I summise, if a person is a good speaker, then the person is a good thinker. There're "exceptions to every rule", but the people interviewed in this video clearly are good speakers in a good, sane way. I'ld definitely prefer oral, verbal translation, but, well, we don't have that with this video. However, the issue about the mining clearly is very important and I wish these Hondurans "all the best" with this problem. It must be a very stressful situation.

  3. This country's attitude toward migrants fleeing Honduras, while propping up of Orlando-Hernandez, is hypocritical. We should have supported Berta Cáceres, who was murdered for defending her people's water. Has the U.S.A. ever elected a president who respected Central America? Maybe F.D.R?

  4. These peoples struggle is a direct result of Corporate Obama and Hillary Clinton's backing the coup in Honduras. Just like the Rich-Wing in the U. S. the Neoliberal / Corporatist like Obama, Clinton, and Joe Biden cause this kind of strife in Central and South America.

  5. Thank you for reporting this. I know this area and it is pristine forest that needs to be protected. What is happening in Honduras is criminal.
