How America’s cops became untouchable w/Joanna Schwartz | The Chris Hedges Report

1. I am an Englishman I don't live in the USA in fact it is the last place on earth I want to go even as a tourist. What I see in the USA today is a lot of problems which are going to get much worse if people do not do something about it.
   This is a list of the programs I watch The Civil Rights Lawyer, ,LackLuster Amendment Audit,
   Audit the Audit, police accountability report, I know there are many many more programs like this, I find this disturbing there are so many and I don't get repeats.
   How I see thing progressing you are going to end up with a Geheime Staatspolizei (GESTAPO) your police acting like the SS. Both Gestapo and SS were untouchable they could do as they wanted, is this what you want in your country?
   This program Amendment Audit is good, some people think what they are doing is stupid, but it is not they are fighting for you Constitutional rights, as to where you can film and take photos, your right of free speech.
   Now I know very little about US law, but these programs tell you what your rights are you are not obliged to show your ID unless you have committed a crime, so why are the police asking for it, maybe they don't know the Constitution, or they ignore what they took an oath to uphold?
   If cops are not going to uphold the Constitution, then they have to go the police Chief has to fire them if he does not then the public have to fire the police Chief because that means they are both corrupt.
   Qualified immunity should not exist, this is putting bad police above the law, no one should be above the law, if you break the law, you pay the price.
   If you police precinct gets sued the money should come from the Police budget, the cop or cops that got the precinct sued is not fired then he need to be made to learn where he went wrong. If he wants immunity, then he needs to be fired as he is a bad cop corrupted and will do it again.
   This has to change, or it is going to put everyone at risk cops will get shot so will civilians, people do not want to be putting up with this it will be like living in NAZI Germany in 1940, because this is how your police are acting today. Maybe this is the USA new democracy.
   Since I wrote this, I have watched another video this is from "police accountability report" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bUBPg5WIIyc The things happening in this tells me one thing you have a severe problem in the USA you police acting like the SS chief of police acting like the Gestapo.

14. I image that you have never lived in a poor community have you ? I believe the law should go back to basic comom sense and the people should be allowed to actually protect their property and thier lives with out being thrown in jail and without being sued. Now before all you get worked up I am a convicted felon and I still believe it should be just how I said. The rich privileged telling us how it should be is absurd just for the fact!!
