There happy to keep Black's and Hispanics from getting a good education, so Black's and Latinos can never rise above and make it to seats in Congress, White House, seats of power and change, think I'm joking look at class pictures of Congress, I went to the plumbing union hall in Chicago all pictures there and there were at least 25 picture I counted 1 Black person and no Latinos.
