Justice means abolition, not more jails

I agree that people should not be imprisoned for doing or possessing drugs except if that drug possession is in a quantity that goes beyond personal consumption. But shouldn't a car thief or rapist or banker found to be committing fraud be imprisoned?

4. With Trumps reElection 2020 we may see changes with
   Kavinaugh and Barrett
   in the supreme court to uphold Godly laws and stop abortion on demand.
   But will God fight for us if we fall back into complacency. ? God told Jonah to tell Neniveh He would destroy the city. They repented and did not get destroyed. But years later they fell back into corruption and God destroyed the city.

6. While I agree with most of what was said both by Eddie and Loren, there is one very important matter that must never be overlooked. There should be consequences for every action; indeed it is one of the laws of science; hence there are some crimes that must never be condoned or treated with the kid gloves approach. I completely support reform for some individuals but the truth of the matter is, some folks are past redemption. If we allowed every individual to escape the consequences for his or her actions, many of these perpetrators would continually commit these crimes because they would interpret that as a green light to continue doing them.

   One typical example of this is the police's killing of mainly black folks for very flimsy reasons which they seek to justify after the fact. If police were held accountable they would stop this nonsense; but they are given a pat on the back when they do these killings. If we only punish or selectively punish one segment of the community while giving a pass to the rest, there will never be harmony among the population; perhaps this is the intention of the powers that be in order to divert attention from their crooked behavior.

7. Those we want to defund the police and get rid of jails or the ones who will be screaming that are getting no help and criminals aren't being taken care of like they should once it is done idiots plain and simple idiots definitely Democratic idiots
