21. North Carolina police are of the worst police. I'm disabled and was falsely arrested 11 times over 11 months December 2008-November 25 2009 and spent half of that time in jail. All cases were dismissed, including the last case in which a captain lieutenant of Asheville-Buncombe County Police Department committed a Class F Felony against me when he maliciously assaulted me on camera just inside the intake. Nothing was done about it and terms for my release were that my dad took me back to Florida when I was released. I think I know why, they know they would be fucked and I could have potentially gotten them shut down if I took them to court. And white cops were the ones to always falsely arrest and imprison me while every Spanish and Black cop ordered to arrest me did absolutely nothing because I had done nothing wrong
