Black Americans is the or the much better reference. I don't call Black Americans African Americans, for by far most Black Americans are from the USA. Anyway, I read an article many years ago, probably a dozen, if not more, and it was by a Black American who opposed being called African American, for as the person argued, it's like implying that he/she isn't as fully American as White Americans are, which of course would be false. As you know Ajamu, the Intestate Crosscheck voter registration scandal, by the GOP, specifically Kansas Secretary of State, and many other Repub. states was responsible for culling 1-7 million voters of color from the rolls, illegitimately, due to their computer programming (of similar names, Jr./Sr., mail in updates, same name/other state). The ACLU did win a lawsuit in one state (IL?), but the culprits have not been arrested, fined or fired, otger than one black woman in the Dem side, deservedly. The proramming needs to be corrected through a bipartisan or independent tech expert (suggest you ask BlackBoxVoting.org) for the guy from Finland. All touch screens need to be replaced via an emergency grant by Congress, and certified not by said Secretary. Why the Dems have ignored this issue is curious.

I've been saying the same thing about Somalia. And no USA president can stop or change it because that is how the west, keeps their upper middle class lifestyles, by picking the winners of other countries. I always wonder why the same people that accuse others of stereotyping black people are the ones who exclusively cite incarcerations, arrests, drug laws etc. to attempt to illustrate the abstract notion of "systemic racism". Talk about reinforcing stereotypes. They act like blacks only care about getting high and not going to jail. There has to be a better way to communicate the "systemic" notion. I know it's difficult to prove something so esoteric….
The lower-half of society is the laboring-class, the 50% working poor. And as they are slow and careful of thought, they are most perfect for doing the most dangerous task in society, manual labor with it's pinch points and sheer points. Also, being slow of thought they find manual labor challenging and rewarding, unlike those more intelligent who consider such work to be horrible drudgery.
The middle 25% of society is the intelligent and educated middle-class, the top 25% are the genus ruling-class and again we find that everyone is given an intelligence most perfect for the tasks they are destined to fulfill.
The goal of capitalism being an intelligence dictatorship that maximizes production for the laboring-class, consumption for the middle-class and profit for the ruling-class, it is impossible for society to have the moral fabric needed to achieve happiness. For happiness is to experience the four greatest emotions in life, namely compassion, pity and charity given in a way that best produces a grateful response.
And so, as wealth is the property we have above what is needed for a comfortable life, the property rightfully owned by the one billion humans suffering want, surely, wealth needs to be outlawed as a crime against humanity. For when everyone desires only enough for a comfortable life, when everyone finds happiness in things other than hoarding wealth, than we shall have heaven on earth.
Media's Russiagate madness is just more "public diplomacy," compliments of the SMITH-MUNDTZ MODERNIZATION ACT of 2012, (incorporated into the FY 2013 NDAA) giving legislative authorization, via the U.S. State Department and the Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG), to disseminate PROPAGANDA "activities," onto its own [US] citizens domestically, and abroad!
We do not need an outsider to tell us about what we witness and experience firsthand in America.
