  1. @DaveZirin, please remind ESPECIALLY AfricanAmerican athletes to get their protective Vitamin (HORMONE!) D LEVELS tested! Even the most amazing physiques training indoors, but especially if deeply melanated in our higher latitudes, puts us at higher risk of worsening health, mental, metabolic & immunity problems.
    50-90ng/ml is a great year-round generally protective target for most of us.❤️
