  3. Nursing is one of the hardest jobs on earth. More difficult than being a doctor. They deserve employment and worker's protections. They are the "first responders". Sorry, if you've ever loved a patient that was dependent on them you know they are many times more important than the doctors. Doctors visit the patient maybe once a day. Nursing staff is there around the clock.
