4. Dissent has a vital place in all discourse. Quite naturally, perfection is not obtainable. The balance and careful assessment of our disposition is more persuasive in such situations. Let’s have the conversations, let’s do our best to address injustices and inequalities, but at the same time, we should support progress and allow for the tremendous effort made and the results seen. Paul Kagame is an admirable leader who happens to also be an African leader. We appreciate the good he’s done and is still doing. We hope that after him an even more disciplined and African conscious leader will follow in Rwanda.
