20 thoughts on “Opposition To Kagame Proves Deadly For Rwandans”
  1. As foreign expats, I lived in Kigali for 3 years. Am witnesses that Ordinary Rwandees life is suffering and full of fear.
The level of the Dictator ship is huge and no one has a right to talk about anything including their personal life and daily struggle.
They killed Jhon Williams independence journalists a week after he commented on DW Documatory.

  2. Really !you want to run again 4th term.
Youve done well in the economy sector, you will give the opposition a stronger 💪 card to get you out.
Why cant Africans learn to stand down after their constitutional
terms. The people of Rewanda will be strong mentally and socially to take their destiny into their own hands.

  3. Dissent has a vital place in all discourse. Quite naturally, perfection is not obtainable. The balance and careful assessment of our disposition is more persuasive in such situations. It’s rather disingenuous at times, when success is scrutinized at a greater level than failures and ineptness. Rwanda under Kagame has achieved and is still pursuing an enviable position in African socio-economic significance. It’s rather strange how these righteous prognosticators don’t focus on failed African countries, where the leaderships are actually compromised to the detriment of the majority. When Africans are spectacles, like Rwanda in 1994, these voices are silent. When there are sincere actions taken to tremedy the plight of the populace, you have the search to destabilize. Let’s have the conversations, let’s do our best to address injustices and inequalities, but at the same time, we should support progress and allow for the tremendous effort made and the results seen. Paul Kagame is an admirable leader who happens to also be an African leader. We appreciate the good he’s done and is still doing. We hope that after him an even more disciplined and African conscious leader will follow in Rwanda.

  4. Not a single Rwandan Tutsi officer was trained by Belgian in its 80 years presence in Rwanda (1916- 1994) nor by France in its almost 40 years presence in Rwanda (1962-1994). Thousands of Hutu officers were trained by the two nations in both Rwanda and in both France and Belgium military academies.
Tutsis will be forever thankful to Kagame who taught them how to fight back

  5. Claude Gatebuke did not survive genocide because his father Gatsinzi Gatebuke, was a hutu and a cousin of Agathe Habyarimana, the Hutu president widow, the woman behind Akazu the organisation that organised the genocide against Tutsis. That is why the UN rephrased the genocide of Rwanda to genocide of Tutsis as all genocidaires were hiding behind the genocide of Rwanda.
His father was renowned in Kigali as he could not support eating in a restaurant were Tutsis were allowed to sit and eat. Worst than apartheid and segregation in USA in 1960's.
Don't forget that no Tutsi was allowed in both army and police hence since Belgian colonisation and the first Rwandan Tutsis to handle modern arms were those formed by Kagame. For 80 years for Belgium and 30 years by France not a single Rwandan officer was trained in either France or Belgium unlike Claude Gatebuke cousins.
We will support Kagame for stopping the genocide. He was alone, that is the fact

  6. Study the history of Rwanda the Tutsis were use by the German and French to oppress the hutus and twa it was kagame shoot down the plane and assassinate the president which trigger the genocide he his a cia agent train in usa and he his behind the destabilizing of congo and assassination of kabila how do you think Rwanda get rich by stealing the Colton from congo and he takes millions from Britain to make prison in Rwanda for africans seeking asylums im England he also assinate his fellow comrades in south Africa because they know his secrets .
The tutsi are tribalist they are the ones in power Rwanda its going to be another genocide watch and see.

  7. Kagame is an enigma in this sense. There's so much that is good about him and you want to celebrate that, but then there's this other ugly side
