  1. Here in Montana they have 46-5-401mca. They need to rewrite it. A jackal shouldn't have the ability to declare an investigatory stop and then demand IDs from all present without arresting anyone. And they also demand your address. But there is no law that demands we must have an address.

  2. When. Cops. Said. They. Can. Rest. U. 4. Anything stop. Sueing. The. Department. And. Start. Sueing. The. Cop. Who. Cuff. U. And. They. Think. Twice. B. 4. Cuffing. U. Again.

  3. A CIA and FBI Nazi Banana Republic called Democracy, Pre Trial Dismissals and Judicial and Political Corruptions ! , That way Since LBJ and Nelson Rockefeller had Allen Dulles CIA murder JFK and had J.Edgar Hoover at FBI to do the cover up ! , Shooters were Dallas Deputy Sheriff Harry Weatherford from The roof of The Dallas County Records building into JFK's back. Next shot at JFK was Cuban CIA Bay of Pigs Mercenary Nestor Isquierdo Diaz from The Dal Tex building second floor side window next to the door into The back of JFK's skull tunneled up and stopped. Then USAF Sniper Jack Lawrence from the south side of the center underpass through the windshield into JFK's throat. Then Malcolm Wallace shot Connolly from The School book Depository right side window 6th. floor. Wallace's fingerprint was found on a cardboard box. On The Knoll Badgeman (DPD Rookie Partner of JD Tippit) Roscoe White said that He missed JFK to avoid hitting Jackie because CIA/DPD Westmoreland Ordered him not to kill Jackie. The Limo braked in The Kill Zone and Frank Fiorni Sturges shot JFK from The Knoll Fence in the right temple, Immediately after Fiorni/Sturgis hit JFK one of the 3 tramps hit JFK in the same place the right temple from the concrete barrier where E. Howard Hunt, Chancy Holt and Charles Harrelson were laying on top of each other. Not clear which of the 3 hit JFK with the second right temple shot. Those 2 shots killed JFK. US CIA General Ed Landsdale was in charge with General Edwin Walker under him in The 59 Rambler SW. Westmoreland in Dallas Police Department ALL CIA. Badgeman Roscoe White left and Killed his DPD Police Partner J.D. Tippit , That's why JD Tippit never fired a shot and a extra Police shirt was in The Patrol Car. A heavy set man in a T-shirt ran one way and Oswald the other ! . Roscoe White and J.D. Tippit picked up Oswald at his rooming house and beeped the horn as the landlady saw and heard. It's not clear what J.D. Tippit knew or did not know ? . JD Tippit Looks like Oswald , A Patsy set up and possibly innocent but they did pick up Oswald togather ! . Remember what Allen Dulles CIA said to President Truman ; WE kill people that's what WE do !

  4. Sounds like this sorry ass police department where I live called braidwood IL police department. They should be called crooks anonymous.

  5. I think a large part of the current problem is pre-2004 culture not mixing well with post-2017 culture. My County officers are tyrants, they literally blame us for having complaints which they say overwhelms them. Not true, their rules are not enforced until my people need police-violence, it's a failed-State.

  6. Policing for profit needs to go the way of Qualified Immunity and the Fraternal Order of Police and all police unions! Make cops carry their own insurance.

  7. Look at her she’s getting comfortable with her self and with the camera she needs real beautiful & I love her new look she has confidence on her self. Keep up the hard work.

  8. For profit prisons and the prison industrial complex is modern day slavery. The 13th amendment abolished slavery in every case except incineration. It is no coincidence that the majority of people in prison are Black and the the US has the worlds highest prison population. prison is quite literally the new plantation.

  9. character assassination in a totalitarian regime racketeering deception gets a conviction no pro se traffic laws monopolized public freedom the taking away liberty give me your id or go to jail is the use of weapons of torture like stun guns handcuffs batons ect. poverty no food homelessness illegalized plant that cures drug addiction horrible education what is it? America alcohol is the only gateway drug and it is in every kid's eyes now

  10. We should be VERY concerned about the fact that the US has less than 5% of the world population but well over 20% of the world prison population. Prison populations have skyrocketed since the 1980s when our own CIA was involved in trafficking massive amounts of drugs into inner cities related to the so-called Iran/Contra "affair". Biden then wrote the crime bill that created the most corrupt and most profitable prison system in history. It is no coincidence that policing has changed, seemingly to feed that profitable system.

  11. Banning choke holds is NOT excellent. Choke holds are a least devastating way of controlling a person rather than beating them, the problem comes when the person applying the hold does not let off when they should. With restrictions on choke holds many more people will get beaten badly when it was unnecessary. This simply requires training and since the whole purpose of the police is the legitimization of the use of force on behalf of the community they should be trained adequately on how to properly use force.

  12. Wow…that is corrupt. Just read what the Declaration of Independence says about our duty toward a government that does not protect our rights.

  13. If you want to understand what the framer's thought about power you MUST read Polybius' "Rise of the Roman Empire" book 6 written in about 150BC. This is where they understood power from.

  14. How do we end up with people having too much power? Well first off, people who believe that our rights are fungible like you.

  15. What evidence do you have that suggests the founders thought the constitution was mean to be changed? Your full of it. All the evidence points to the fact that they saw rights as immutable. It sounds very much to me that there are some rights you either don't understand or don't like.
