37. This is why I subscribe to The Real News Network (not to be confused w Trumps 'Real News'). They are quick to recognize and jump on what should be major stories. I see the forming of this commission as a response to the U.S. being criticized by the U.N. and others for violating human rights : immigrant detention, denial of asylum, inflicting deathly sanctions, etc. So, therefore, Pompeo will 'define' human rights in order to provide the rationale needed to continue this administration's abuses.
