2. The Supreme Court isn't obsolete. The SENATE is obsolete. It was explicitly created to protect the wealthy against the masses and it has consistently lived up to it's charter since it's inception. A constitutional convention is desperately needed to eliminate the Senate, ensure that political contributions and expenditures aren't a form of speach and a myriad of other changes.

10. No ideological position should take the court. The law, today, is all about ideology and not about justice: that is the problem. Ideology should never come into play but that's all we have. The system is finished. It doesn't work. The rule of law has expired and so has this shell of a hollowed out country that we erroneously call a democracy. Next comes a totalitarian state and it came to be by way of ideology. The precepts of the constitution have never been meet. No place to go from here but down and out.

    You more or less know the outcome of a court ruling by who appointed the judge.
    You can see by this fight regarding SCOTUS that EVERYBODY ELSE AGREES.

    So the US judicial system really are political courts.
