  1. wish someone from this side of the pond could do something to help ya all but 4fk sake the land of the free i beg to differ it be crazy over there ya have to be brave to live in Boltimore glad i live in Hull England how do you cope with the stupidity

  2. Our society is diseased. This is a disgusting practice. I wouldn't doubt that this has something to do with our immigration explosion.

  3. I come from Los Angeles county where the LA CO Jail is I am sure one of the most populated county jails in the nation if not the most populated one of the most populated, where your guilty until you can prove otherwise or pay your ransome aka bail your way out, and yes, it reflects what is going on in the county. Corruption and abuses run rampant, the mentally ill were until recently chained up to metal benches where they piss and shit themselves in inhumane conditions. If anyone were ever able to obtain footage of the inmate reception area where inmates are first processed, would make your jaw drop. But to your point, the county jail in Los Angeles and San Bernardino county now gets contracted to house people for the prison system instead of sending them "upstate". This way inmates who would normally be sent state prison are now housed for the entirety of their sentence in the county jail. They call it "County Prison". This way the county is making a profit and the prison system keeps their numbers down. If you look at our prison system as a whole in california, If i'm not mistaken is the largest prison system in the nation. This is food for thought while on the topic of rural county jails I think it is interesting to look at the way this large county jail does things maybe as pilot programs and maybe rural county jails follow suite. I want to thank yall for this THOUGHT PROVOKING channel and profound conversations and topics! Thank you

  4. why not just imprison everyone who doesnt have a million dollars, and i mean the whole country except the rich because fuck it, we've already established that guilt and innocence arent factors in our system that punishes for the sake of blanket cruelty for money, why not go all the way with it and quit lying to ourselves that we live in a fair and just society.

  5. Revelation 18 and cinnamon, and perfumes, and ointments, and frankincense, and wine, and oil, and fine flour, and wheat; and cattle, and sheep, and horses, and chariots; and slaves, and the souls of men.

  6. I am sorry, but this is painful to listen to.
The commentator puts in so little effort to speak clearly sand be understood.

  7. And with the cash bond going to the city/county when you're found Innocent they keep the bond/money that is supposed to come back to you (or the person that posted the bond)

  8. Just exited Catahoula correctional center ( the bloodiest prison in Louisiana ) . It's family owned and operated in the township of Harrisonburg . Harrisonburg has a population of around 500 and Catahoula prison has a population of over 800 .
I was sent there because I defended myself against a man who made me fear for my life in my home and I defended myself with a loaded shotgun .
I didn't shoot him I only pointed a loaded gun at him in self defense as the bill of rights gives me permission to . In Louisiana you can't defend yourself and before the incident occurred I called the sheriff's office and they did nothing to protect my property or my person .
    I'm physically disabled.
Catahoula is nothing more than a human trafficking facility.
There's no mental Healthcare at that facility and one doctor visits only on Wednesday so don't get stabbed on Thursday.
The place is rife with moral turptitude .
Most contraband is brought in by employees.
They spray paper with roach spray and sell it to inmates to smoke .
The inmates run the prison .
The prison is owned by the sheriff.
Can you say nepotism or conflict of interest .
Want a model of which you speak ?
Go to Catahoula and bring many witnesses with you .
Warning : DO NOT GO ALONE .
Words cannot describe what I've seen or experienced there .
I think I may be mentally disabled now ?

  9. Thirteenth Amendment & Debtor Prison America. Does it smell like the Colonial British are back in control in America to anyone else?
A.L.E.C., Congress, Police & Corporate Court Taxation Without CITIZEN Representation is a result of American Tyranny & Corporatocracy.

  10. This is why the elimination of Cash Bonds is so important. The statistics show over 60% of people in jail haven't been found guilty of any crime. So the police have been ruining citizens lives forever, for minor violations, I'm not even going to call them crimes. Driving with a suspended license, turning right on a red light, not letting an officer violate your civil rights. They want to fill these "Money Making Facilities "!!! These places should be restructured into job centers, training people so they can contribute to society instead of being a drain on this country.

  11. I live in Coos County, in southwestern coastal Oregon. And I remember that back in the 1990s, I naively assumed that building more prisons meant less crowded, more comfortable conditions for prisoners. That is why I tended to vote in favor of building more prisons. My heart was in the right place, but how wrong I was! If only I knew then what I know now!!

  12. Yuma Arizona and the Imperial Valley (Calipatria, El Centro, Calexico) so small and the FBI had to come in to bust up all the corruption.

  13. Please help: 68SHOTTS & FRICNMEDIA (here on yt) are both being charged with multiple charges including a felony for recording courthouse deputies.

  14. Persons caught in the justice system need to stop contributing to their own enslavement. Refuse to pay all fines and court costs out of principle. Refuse to work, even the kitchen jobs. Make 'em pay civilian workers to cook, clean the jail, mow the lawn, pick up thrash on the highway, etc. Be a total drain of resources instead of an asset. Destroy the profit motive driving the modern-day slavery system. File constant lawsuits to cost more time and resources while clogging the mechanism of the kangaroo courts. Take every charge to a trial. The lazy prosecutors rely on plea deals to resolve 95% of cases. Let's inundate the slavecatchers with problems and watch the thin blue veil crumble!

  15. They created modern-day slavery when they added the 13th amendment. They merely opened enslavement to all races, and replaced the plantation master with the "State"

  16. I like the real news. NBC,abc, cbs, and cnn, would not touch this subject. I work correction for 20 years and everything they are saying is true and is more than that. CCA is the main ones with the jail in little towns and rural area’s. They just house human I can write a10,000 page book.

  17. In "the land of the free" you will be made a slave if you grow or smoke a medicine that never hurt anyone. while big pharma make billions selling drugs that kills millions of people.
