  1. Well done, Lynn. This is the first time I've seen or heard of you and you lead the interview very well. Mike Kwet is at Yale, and this took me a little by surprise, given that it's the "home" base of Skull & Bones crap. With people like Mike, maybe Yale can improve its reputation. It'd surely be in Yale's best interests. FOSS is a very good idea, paradigm. De-centralization is also a very good idea, if we don't wish to be a pack of slaves, and as long as we apply it ethically/morally, responsibly, as well as competently, which I think is the general intention. It's welcome to hear about IT being addressed in ethical terms, promoting self and mutual respect. The centralization strikes me like a fascistic and totalitarian approach; and SHAME… for Facebook, Apple, Microsoft, Google, etc. They definitely should be or feel very ashamed; perhaps, esp. because we can all now know about their treacherous management. I have nothing needing to be kept hidden, but it's still annoying to have such large corporations sticking their damn noses in everywhere, all the more-so when they don't do much that's good. I wonder what good they imagine to be able to accomplish with such management, for, and afaik anyway, they don't provide any. They seem to work only for a fascistic society, so govt(s).

  2. I've never trusted the cloud . You are either going to lose your cloud files , criminals can hack them and the state can interpret them to be a crime when they are not .

  3. What is needed is for people to use these technologies. They get more functional as more people adopt them. But people are not woke, they are in a haze.

  4. This is the best reasoning I have heard in a long time. These tech CEO and government has become so arrogant that the feel like they've become some kind of feudal lords, it's about time measures are made to put them in check. Block chain (s):lead you right into the hands of the mark of the beast, it's their system, it what make the mark work. Open your eyes.
