Baltimore will once again be a beautiful city like it was a hundred years ago, it will be safe, wealthy and prosperous…unfortunately blacks are not part of that equation. Go to any poverty stricken city in Africa, India, Indonesia, Brazil…the poorest of the poor still take care of themselves and those around them…not Baltimore blacks, they kill and destroy each other like no other place on earth. Good riddance.
