  1. Glad to hear that he survived that encounter, as others aren’t so lucky. Brave soul! Good luck to him getting that unjust situation righted, and perhaps obtaining some accountability for it in a civil suit. Thanks, Taya and PAR staff, for posting! ☮️❤️🐾

  2. Where do they get such idiots to be cops in the US? Are they the dumbest or what? They have no clue of the Law and are basically psychopaths..

  3. Living is San Diego let me tell you they are the biggest tyrants I have ever known. They would pick up children with no RAS, question them, beat them, and throw them in my alley. Everyone is scared of them. If you visit the park the cops drive on the grass to intimidate the children and adults. One day I stopped by a few officers too have a fix it ticket signed and they harassed me and searched my car. This is before I knew my rights

  4. In spite of 'Their' (ie, this Govt., Judiciary, and EVERY Agency of our current Law ENFARCEMENT), never-ending-efforts to erase and/or FLUSH our Constitution/Bill of Rights down the toilet ( AFTER wiping their collective ASS/ES with them, of course!), this isn't YET Soviet Russia, China, N. Korea, or any other 3rd World Despot-Ruled nation. If "We, the People" tolerate and allow them to be this ignorant, arrogant, INCOMPETENT, corrupt and traitorous?

    That's on us.

  5. This is an epidemic in your primitive country!

You need to pass a law stating that if a copper illegally demands ID he will be sacked immediately.

  6. I grew up in San Diego county, and one thing I can tell you is that impound yards, are owned and operated by police officers. They are all day everyday, 24/7 and never stop

  7. Look at Spokane Sheriff in Washington state and what they did to Kevin Hinton vs SGT Clay Hilton and how bad they beat Kevin Hinton. NO CRIME was committed by the citizen Kevin Hinton. Yes cops lie on their reports all the time to get Probable cause.

  8. I'm gonna make stuff up cause nothing will ever happen to me for being a thug. I can do whatever I want and the prosecutor and judges will have my back. These guys are liars and do it everyday for $$$$.

  9. If those police have insurance,a claim might be faster, will hit the police themselves istead of the tax payers.i dont know, just a thought.

  10. Cop doesnt seem fit to give advise or instructions, as if suspicion is a card for full invasion of personal identification. Openly admits fishing for a crime excuse to Arrest. No excuse to downvote this interaction.

  11. Surely this guy sued, cops don't have a leg to stand on, he needs to get a civil lawyer and sue the pants off this police department, this is why cops are hated so much.

  12. This video really pissed me off. i swear the cops get off on this shit, no other reason for that type of behavior. you can't tell me they actually want to "help people" that's clearly bullshit!!

  13. These are the kind of cops that would be the 1st to bust down your front door and take away your weapons. They gotta go 😢

  14. Cops like this have made law enforcement such a vile and corrupt profession. They were bold enough to do this ON camera. Disgusting behavior from cowardly cops.

  15. The gestapo tactics of the police are the exactly the same as the tactics used in Nazi Germany !

  16. Sorry! I ramble! There is NO justice anymore! If the policing forces are wrong then the corrupt courts will allow them to continue their illegal activities and condone any illegal activities. Our country has become a communist "NO RIGHTS" country.

  17. The whole modern day system of POLICING is WRONG and has lost sight of why "WE THE PEOPLE" started law enforcement. When we first started law enforcement over a hundred years ago the idea was to stop bully boys and gangs from doing as they pleased. We "THE PEOPLE" hired officers that had the gut's and fortitude to STOP that injustice! In this day and age our policing FORCES are just that! They are gun toting thugs that "WE THE PEOPLE" pay to stop such injustices. (and now we pay them to do this)

  18. Bad cops make ALL cops look like tyrants! This is a good example of why the general public does not trust cops and feel THREATENED if they ever encounter police interaction.

  19. FIRED! FIRED! FIRED! Not only is this cop DANGEROUS to society, but his fellow cops are culpable for NOT STOPPING his illegal conduct. We pay our policing forces to "SERVE AND PROTECT" Not harass and intimidate!

  20. Me and many other Springfield Oregon citizens have been railroaded by LYING and CORRUPT police for years to fill the coffers of the city. WE THE PEOPLE demanded that our local law enforcement wear body cams to STOP this corruption, However when this issue came up for vote the city claimed it would cost $4 MILLION dollars a year to do this and have to raise taxes to pay for this. This clearly shows the tactics that the "GOOD OLE BOY CLUB" will go to, using our tax dollars to protect themselves and their illegal activities to continue to FLEECE the public to fund their high paid "PUBLIC SERVICE" jobs.

  21. This guy has the nuts to call himself a peace officer. I wouldn't call people armed with guns as peace officers. A peace officer would be armed with hugs and cookies.

  22. Some states require I d to be provided. Why would anyone not be glad to comply. I would have arrested this loser.

  23. Could having AI Robocop be any worse than what I see these 🐖doing to innocent people everyday. Let's see they assume, they harass, they lie, they murder they kill Actually AI might eliminate some of this.

  24. In California one is only required to show ID when lawfully pulled over for a traffic stop or while going through the booking process at jail. Failure to ID is not a violation of Cal PC 148(a)(1), period.
    SEE: People v. Quiroga, 16 Cal.App.4th 961 (1993); People v. Christopher, 137 Cal.App.4th 418 (2006); United States v. Christian, 356 F.3d 1103 (9th Cir. 2004); Martinelli v. City of Beaumont, 820 F.2d 1491 (9th Cir. 1987). I fought these charges as well and won; now I am suing in federal court and have beaten qualified immunity.
