Considering what happened to Russia during 90s I can understand the actions of Putin's government. As someone who is left oriented I am not a fan of him (after all Putin's Russia is crony capitalist economy with large social inequalities), but this guy is almost certainly a Wester puppet (his also a racist). Though I am not fan of political repression I understand all the paranoia (Euromaidan was only few years ago and it consequences are devastating for Ukraine, not to mention constant NATO expansion on the Russian border). After all the West (USA) unwillingly created Putin, by treating Russia so miserably during the '90s. Country was economically destroyed, ordinary Russians were starving, Russian elites cooperated with Western powers and became incredibly rich during that period.
Putin has improved Russian economy and stabilized the country. Like him or not, (I personally don't) but his position is perfectly understandable.
The term "racist" is used a lot these days, however Alexei Navalny is a stone cold racist, TRN should do more research and look into his background and not get on the anti-Russia, anti Putin 'bandwagon'.
