10. Yeah but here's the thing, Duterte also stated in an old interview that a lot of the pushers/people he was killing weren't even from his country. He said America was trying to overthrow him and cause regime change. He said the American/Israeli globalists got mad because they wanted him to attack China and he said no. He stated that it would be nothing more than suicide of his people. He also stated that he only had about 5 years left or so before he was stepping out of that position, but, he didn't know if he would make it the next 5 years. He jokingly laughed and said he wasn't sure if he would get to the end of that 5 years because he didn't know if or when America would send people for his head.

Drug addiction being criminalized is a choice of the power structure to enslave for-profit or disposed of corporeally those that are susceptible to the rigged system in which they live. Drug use is an awful coping mechanism and addiction creates further entrapment to a situation that is already pretty bleak, hurting people emotionally and psychologically. To criminalize addicts these people instead of drug dealers (which usually are in cahoots with the state is strange logic if they wanted to help). It's all above class and power.
