Shocking video of Pennsylvania State Trooper Ronald K. Davis wrestling his girlfriend, Michelle Perfanov, to the ground has opened the lid on a case of clear domestic abuse buttressed by state power. Davis, who is married, allegedly lied to his fellow officers and personally arrested Perfanov in order to have her involuntarily committed to a psychiatric ward after Perfanov tried to end their four-month relationship. Davis has since been charged with false imprisonment, assault, strangulation and official oppression. Although he was warned by fellow officers to not take matters into his own hands Davis used carefully curated text messages to obtain the order, tracked Perfanov down, assaulted her, and placed her in custody. The camera cop exhibits the usual, lack of intelligence and discernment that police officers show in a situation where common sense is badly needed, and totally absent. If he had any brains at all, he would not have agreed to participate in that ridiculous operation because now he will go down too as he should! They are absolutely too dumb to recognize when people need help instead of confinement. They raid houses without even double checking the address, they throw old women on the ground who just need help getting home and the list has only begun. We have an absolute crisis in this country in a lack of proper training and the inability to make the tough decisions like getting rid of people who are a menace to society instead of giving them a badge and a gun!!
i called the cops because i was getting robbed, and they allowed the person to rob me and they told me i was the problem for needing help. how can i share my story with you guys. i have video of the incindent too. also in 2018 i was getting sexually harrassed by a cop and when he responded to my 911 for a domesic dispute. i told him i dont want to talk to him, to send me another officer, or i dont need assitance anymore because i knew he wouldnt help me. well i went to walk away and said i dont need help anymore. he came after me grabbing my hand to cuff me. i was pregnant and told him not to touch me and what is he doing he had no right to be cuffing me because i called 911 for help and i knew he wouldnt help me and was right. i ended up giving in and he ended up shoving me face down into rocks and dirt standing on my back with his boot threatning to taze me. and people had to yell at him not to because im preganant it will kill the baby. i was sent to the hospital with no shoes. i was there for an hour then discharegd. i was never charged with any crime even though, he even tried to say he will file assult charges on me becuse i got blood on him from injuries he gave me. i wish i can share my story. i have more than one and sadly horric and im severily traumiztize and i dont get how i cant get a lawyer to help me sue. like imagine that. pregnant woman calls for help and cop who has been stalking her previoulsy locked her up and assulted her and nearly killed her baby all becasue she said she doesnt want to talk to that specific officer. im horrfied. i will be uploading the vidos i have soon. of the robbery incident. sadly the footage i did have of the other assult got erased from my phone and he also threw my phone in water. i was able to salvage the phone but the footage wasnt saved or he erased it. but im also so terrorized just from it all. crying now and i just wanna move on. ptsd is real. i need to share my story to heal. i have been suffering in silnce for so long but also my attempts to get help have just led me to be told im a problem for needing help. thats horrific. terroizing and just makes me frozen in fear. oh boy,,, what journey….
I know I may be in the minority here but maybe she was being a total lunitic and he was stopping her before she hurt herself, anyone or anything else. You guys took what you wanted from that story and ran with it. I'm pretty sure he didn't restrain her for no reason. He was calm the whole time but you don't show what happens once the police arrive. You can't win. Even the guy who was filming was calm. You don't show before or after so you leave everyone with this impression. Hated it! Freaking news sucks. Only tell half truths

At the end of the day….she did send him a suicidal message, no context is really needed, a suicidal message is a suicidal message, no context turns it into–she is just joking, of course accept her own self serving statements. I mean, really, any person watching this lady in this video knows she IS crazy….she is a drug user, living in a camper, banging this cop who lives in the house, and sending suicidal threats….she is nuts. Any judge with half a brain throws this thing out and will take the troopers word over hers. Plus she destroyed evidence, she deleted the text message she sent to him that had the suicidal threat. She is toast, trooper will be back on the beat with back pay.
