Had to turn this off though I know you mean well and Mark is honest and seasoned, but seriously folks after I literally screamed "YES THEY ARE CORRUPT, WANT YOU DEAD AND ARE DOING IT TO YOU, NOW STOP WHINING ABOUT IT AND DO SOMETHING" and instead you did another 20 minutes of whining like cripppled little 6 year olds its just one more progressive limp dick liberal whinefest about how unfair the world is, but they are literally killing you and if that's your anemic response you royally earned extinction. Trying to inject morality or ethics into what the GOP is doing would be like getting Hitler to bless a bar mitzvah. Its just fkn suicidally stupid and insane. I understand Trump made you crazy, now calm down, take a breath and aim for a solution or perish. Clear? Yet?

2. love Jacqueline! Democratic party establishment have not cared or stood up for their base yet they want them to vote for them everytime. Even Obama made some disparaging words for the revolutionaries in Ferguson when he was in office.

4. If Africans in America don't get what we want, then what we want is for Trump to be president so that America doesn't survive. Because clearly with the Republicans or with the Democrats, Africans are going to struggle the most out of any group. Therefore, for Africans, the lesser of two evils is to not vote for either presidential candidate, while still voting for other offices local and national.

    The idea that you are going to co opt them and not the other way around is not borne out by historic or contemporary evidence. Watch what happens if his beloved Elizabeth Warren is made Joe Biden's VP.

13. Another factor that contributes to black people being more severely affected is the lack of vitamin d which darker skin produces slower but which is vital for a functioning immune system. If possible, get your level of vitamin d checked and take supplements if needed. If you can't get tested, a supplement with a low dosage of vitamun d will rarely hurt you.
