Delegate Jill P. Carter and advocates from the ACLU attended the rally and spoke about continuing to seek justice for Tyrone West.

  3. With the increasing police suicide rate, I am wandering whether there is a "national quota" that cops need to fulfill to wipe African Americans off the map. The reason I am saying this is that I simply so not believe so many police officers are paychopaths and evil by nature. So many videos we see simply just do not make sense because I met some kind and reasonable cops.

    I am hoping that I am dead wrong about my own conspiracy thinking.
