9. It's murder for profit because they got money for the headcount on prisoners. People serving time for misdemeanors should all be released immediately, next low-risk felons should all be released immediately. They should keep releasing people until they can house the prisoners safely. This is why law enforcement accountability is so important, they're basically refusing to show proof that people are safe because we know none of them are safe.
