  1. Eminent domain doesn't mention pollution destruction and all the money these legislators get from big oil. Start growing and using hemp again, a better alternative fuel that biodegrades.

  2. This is the definition of unconstitutional. All kidding aside the head of the fossil fuel company should be in jail, for knowling endangering our live with pollution and climate change, overthrowing of government, pushing for illegal wars.

  3. Any form of self defense whether personal or of property will NOT be tolerated by the 'machine.' Whether it's corporate, government or just defending oneself against wrongful arrest, police brutality or shady legal theft.

  4. big thanks to the REAL news for covering this important story, and to rosie torres for representing water/earth protectors so well. <3

  5. Additionally it can be the toxic 5G network too. Overall, it appears that protecting anything or any kind of a protest could with the right wording be included in this constitution violating bill.

  6. There is nothing wrong with pipelines, it is the safest way to move petroleum products that are required to maintain society for the foreseeable future, these protesters are been used by nefarious individuals that are only out for profiting from their stupidity.

  7. Will these legislators and pipeline pushers be arrested and held accountable when people get sick and die from their avarice and neglect? ~Aloha!

  8. We have a right to protest, non violent, these laws are unconstitional ! Appeal! I thought our legislators wrote the bills, when did they start having organization outside of our legislative bodies write this bills. If that is the case, what do the legislators do? Do you notice it is never the super wealthy having their land taken? It doesn't help the poorest people! I live in the Northeast and the people working on the pipeline in PA were from TX and OK, not local.

  9. This is crazy. Natives are facing criminal charges equal to murder and yet it is these companies who are murdering the planet and the people through their pollution! This corporate power and influence must end.

  10. Why? Why? Is this racist White Supremacist government making protesting a FELONY,, they are over criminalizing the protectors,,, This is nothing but ABUSE OF POWER ,,,THE CREATOR OF THE UNIVERSE WILL TAKE VENGENANCE ,, it's just a matter of time, these ALEC legislation people know this is unsafe pipelines,,,WATER IS LIFE
