There is nothing wrong with pipelines, it is the safest way to move petroleum products that are required to maintain society for the foreseeable future, these protesters are been used by nefarious individuals that are only out for profiting from their stupidity.

If you remove a people's right to non-violently protest they are left with only one option.
We have a right to protest, non violent, these laws are unconstitional ! Appeal! I thought our legislators wrote the bills, when did they start having organization outside of our legislative bodies write this bills. If that is the case, what do the legislators do? Do you notice it is never the super wealthy having their land taken? It doesn't help the poorest people! I live in the Northeast and the people working on the pipeline in PA were from TX and OK, not local.
This is crazy. Natives are facing criminal charges equal to murder and yet it is these companies who are murdering the planet and the people through their pollution! This corporate power and influence must end.
