I believe money and resources are waste in all different areas. Transparency and accountability is needed more than ever. We have allowed Government, Federal and State agencies power over allocations how and where funds are spent. I have to question if the budget is being wasted, where, why and who is responsible? I do not understand why no one has, will or if anyone proposed a solution. Why not just appoint a few good citizens to help create a way of reusable items being donated for resale, large outdoor rummage sale, larger ticket items can be put up for auction, it's easier now than ever to resale, any funds collected can be allocated for workers and the disposing of trash, etc.. 10 workers/volunteers, 1 storage facility/warehouse(I m sure there is 1 that could be use) and a few dumpsters for garbage, of course recycle when possible. All it would take is once doing this and after that it could, hopefully would pay for itself, "if done properly". I just believe if it's simple to fix, than why do most just try to or make it more complicated than it needs to be. This could not only help the area, most people would not dump, clean-up would be less(hopefully) and it could generate profit for the whole community. Get the community involved, allow them to show their love for their community!

In england if you are convicted of littering your vehicle used for dumping is taken and smashed. If we had this policy I think it might help to stop some of the illegal dumping.

Maryland passed a law to help out lower income families to own houses. So the areas were set up but wouldn't you know? The Democrats (majority) used that to line their pockets with Real Estate money.

So how is that Trump's fault? It is a failed city. How is that racist? You don't help the problem when you use racism as an answer for every problem. Baltimore started declining decades ago. Everyone deserves to be on equal ground whether they work for it or not. That doesn't make sense! Why not encourage the minority youth to work hard, stay in school, and help them do that instead of blaming others.
