  1. This is very beautiful ❤ working together to make Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 better it’s not what you’re country could do for you but what you can do for your country Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 independent

  2. PUERTO RICO IS ON THE WAY TO BE THE UNITED STATES 51 STATE IS THE BEST THING CAN HAPPEN TO THIS ISLAND WERE MY MOTHER WAS BORN 🇵🇷🇺🇲

  3. I'm glad to see these folks are doing something good…also these investors are looking to flip these properties for profit only and exploiting the island's stupid law…. because eventually buying these properties for the intention of Airbnb will be a losing investment. I've seen many properties bought and placed in Airbnb only to see them put up for sale….not because they are profitable? But because they are money losing investments. No one wants to rent an Airbnb in urban settings. Airbnb people like we have used seek a beach or mountain retreat. In addition….those who want to buy on the coast should know that there's many perils and high risk to this as well. Hurricanes, dominio público, erosión, flood insurance, lack of insurance payments and rising water level
    to mention a few.

  4. Bout time, the crying and whining without commitment to action wasn’t helping anyone. The people here have so much potential yet they leave traditional values and move to the US in exchange for a better life, ignoring the fact that in SOME circumstances you have the capacity to make your life better. The population and the culture here has always had their hands out, you’re not going to get anywhere that way, you have to take back what’s yours. I’m an investor myself and I’m in no way against community involvement because it’s actually cheaper to the tax payer if the community lifts its own, we should only use government for the defense of our rights and liberties and never as a burden. This is the most positive news I’ve heard all year.

  5. These Puertoricans have done a good thing. It would be awesome if all the people could get together to keep their beautiful island 9:12 . Everyone has to work together. God bless 🇵🇷 . I wish the US could, send people to rebuil the island for the people.

  6. Seems like rich Anglo-Saxon neo-con elite have now set their eyes upon Puerto Rico after occupying Texas, California and Hawaii, so that US military shall intervene in their behalf.

  7. Homesteading is even legal in my state. Of course i care nothing of legality. If its not being used, use it. Occupy it. Then its yours.

  8. With all these investors, what happens to the citizens? They get priced out of living. This needs to stop. Invest in the people, not property. The investors are just greedy and only care for them selves.

  10. does any neighborhood favor gentrification? at first, ppl noticed properties got 'spruced up' cosmetically, but socially, outsiders displaced local residents, with all sorts of self serving exuses, rationales, ime (how it 'helps' the neighborhood, cosmetically duh, socially insidious)..

  11. Man I'm glad that someone started noticing what the rich developers want to do to our island.
They want to buy Puerto Rico cheap, that's why nothing is being done to restore the island. Listen i heard 30 ago that the rich people want Puerto Rico for them as a save heaven for retirees, also a cashless state.
Son some greedy Americans are being taking advantage of the puertorricans for so many years.
I'm moving to my island pretty soon if God permits, to fight for what is ours . Puerto Rico is ours forever. Right now in PR the most corrupt person for me is the governor he's corrupt, he should be investigated for his involvement in luma, i heard that he's an investors in the company.
Sorry but i feel hurt with the situation on the island, i remember when my mother use to say, lets try to get the best of the situation, good or bad.
Puerto Rico Is Not For Sale 🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷

  12. I just now, at 62 yr young and a lifetime US resident, found out that Puerto Rico is a US Territory? The same with the Philippines? Many Western States were Once Larger Territories and WERE NOT ALLOWED to reach statehood with out CERTAIN PROVISIONS. I recently discovered that all u s indian reservations are NOT the 10:32 10:36 Property of the Inhabitants…. Reservations are Held In Trust (?) By THE US Government… Internment Camps of All 1st Nations People?
Imperial/Colonial Antiquated Ideology Has Come To End… much damage still occuring…. Blue Skies

    Inspiring ❣️ Thank You

  13. Oh na. Nobody cared when it was happening to black ppl.
What y'all don't understand that it's we the ppl against the corporation but nope… nobody gave a fuck about black ppl so… now it's your turn

  14. ,,. NOW INVEST TIME & RESOURCES 2 DETERMINE WHO APPRAISES THE PROPERTIES THEN FILE DISCRIMINATION SUITS **THERES UNFAIR POLICY IN PLACE CAUSING PROPERTY VALUES 2 RISE, EVEN WHEN NO REHAB IS DONE, AS SOON AS ITS SOLD 2 PEOPLE OUTSIDE OF THE ISLAND

  15. People should go to the Indiana State Predators, I mean Police, Public Records Department and do a full public records request pursuant Indiana code 5-14-3 on any specific person in the department. Don't expect much…

  16. Well if the Puerto Ricans didn't kick the French out, they wouldn't have this problem. Do you think that Puerto Ricans farm or build any nations? no they didn't only white people have done that. The French are and were white and they made Puerto Rico a beautiful place until the Puerto Rican tore it all down and made the country poverty stricken.

  17. These rich sociopaths buying up everything need ro be stopped. It's happening in the U. S. also. I have much admiration and respect for the activists working to make communities in Puerto Rico stronger.

  18. I like the concept, locals should have pride in their country.

But this is just one property, if the majority of homes are an “eyesore”, what is the game plan to make a measurable / large impact?

  19. Love from utuado p.r ❤️
Theirs lots of properties here that are Abandoned. I believe that you guys say Americans are buying places and fixing it ..weed dispensary 2 just opened up and building are getting fixed but their is a lot of places that need to be fixed .The land is going up I know lots of it here ..love the Finca Farm life

  20. Illegals in their own country! Heard that before? It's happening around the world as we speak. Citizens must take a stand and demand a government by the people for the people or else! I Love this country and fought 3 wars for it, and they love their country too and been fighting for it for centuries, lots of lives were taken, their property, their farms, livestock! Puerto Rico has been targeted since the the beginning, natives were massacre, women rapped, forced to slavery, it's history erased, and it''s richest plundered by many other countries, to include, England, Spain, France, USA, …. and many others. This has not changed, and so called "investors" want to transform it into a paradise for the rich and powerful exclusively, while getting served their Pina Colada by the locals, who happen to be "American citizens" (without a voice in Congress), which is a joke, for miserable wages and no benefits! Same sheet different smell, HEY? Please pin this comment, a lot of people need to know that this is a worldwide problem, people are dying, loosing everything, while governments sit idle collecting billions! Puerto Rico, "La Isla De El Encanto", has a nice Rrrring to it, hey? True Puerto Ricans pronounce it correctly because it comes from their heart! 😅🤣😂👍👍👍

  21. 😡Those amerikkkan investors are/were nothing more than vultures, circling the displaced of Puerto Rico.
🇵🇷 More Power to the People!!✊🏾

  22. Amazing❤️🙌Being able to provide all my needs without the help of the Government is really a dream come through and I’m getting $43,050 returns from my $7k investment, glory to the everlasting God almighty.

  23. Well done the locals.

(So that country was stolen by the US state, now it is being stolen by US citizens, from New York etc, really quite repulsive, hegemon and ring-binders)

    Thank you TRNN

  24. yea screw those investors and developers … it's not at all due to the corrupt government of P.R. lets just pop the lock off a building and 4 years later decide to do a deed search .. and also at the same time scope out other buildings to take over .. cos you know it belongs to us !! and when the next cat 5 hurricane destroys the island we can just pack up and move to another destroyed building so we can plant our gardens and feed a measly 150 people a month .. while i'm in my top of the line industrial grade restaurant kitchen equipped with fire safety halon systems ..

this story is rubbish , and nothing but communist propaganda to excuse theft of property ..

  25. White Americans are exploiting Puerto Rico and don't give a damn about the people. Puerto Rico meeds to declare independence and tell America to go to hell.
