I bet a lot of it is the lack of good nutrition and there would be high rate of illness. They do not feed them well, and their immunity needs balanced diet. The flu rate is zero this year since they are all being diagnosed as Covid, even kids being hit by a car on their bicycles. They could give them a vitamin a day and decrease the rate. Vitamin C is very cheap. It is all very cheap, but they are out to bleed every penny they can by denying them a decent life. Sitting in cells with little to no exercise and respiratory systems get weakened by no deep breathing and circulatory systems sluggish..
