The U.S. Congress can't take guns off of psychologically unstable military veterans! Many U.S. Military Veterans are on antidepressants or antipsychotic drugs. Almost every single one of them have AR-15's and high capacity handguns. I know several that have been prescribed antipsychotic drugs by the veterans administration and still have carry permits!
