  1. America may have the most corrupt government in the world, and most politicians and wealthy are above the law, and take all the money for themselves, and it's people are too stupid or ignorant to care about reality !!!

  2. If you get hurt on the job an no one see's it you get denied workers comp. At this point if your hurt bad Enough social security disability should kick in (safety net program) but no! Your soc. Sec. Claim is drug out for years and you lose everything! And the banks get recapitalized with the equity in your home.so bankrupcy rules don't have to be changed.easy money buddy

  3. I remember a number of years ago when BP had killed 10 times as many of its workers as Exon ( which had a good number of their workers killed). However the CEO was not forced out because he did not emphasize safety, he was forced out because he lied about being gay. Shows how important worker safety was to the board of directors of BP and the financial community.

  4. Look at the nfl and how no one employed by them can sue the company directly they have to go through arbitration but the arbitrator is picked by the same company being sued. This report is reminded me of this fact at hand. Maybe one hand is washing the other

  5. The blood of the Dead just continue to grease the wheels of white collar crime getting away with it. America's entire history and wealth come from the killing of indigenous people and the enslavement of others to do the work for the wealthy nothing has changed nothing will change.

  6. A child died from taking a synthetic drug made in China and it almost started World War 3. Over a thousand children drown in swimming pools every year and nobody goes to jail for it because swimming pool manufacturers are making 6 billion a year in profit and are using those funds to elect officials. If your child drowns in a swimming pool, you will not be suing the swimming pool manufacturers, as they will be throwing you in prison for murder of your own child.

  7. Not even that many people died building pyramids in the slavery days before God intervened to destroy the slave masters. Slaves need to recognize the right to bear arms and fight back. Everybody knows jobs are slavery why there isn't a revolution I don't know. However, workers comp doesn't have enough money to pay me for my job injury and anyone who thinks it does will spend eternity being burned and tortured in the Lake of Fire.

  8. The lack of interest in workplace deaths and injuries is in part due to the fact that the overwhelming majority of people hurt on the job are men. It's only when these men's families suffer that anyone cares.

  9. It is desirable for corporations to speed up production because the effect is a rise in profits at the expense of the lives of workers.
This is how they see and understand the productivity of labor.
Speed it up until a person dies, then they know that is the limit to which they can extract labor from a person.
Not a direct maliciousness on the part of employers that workers are purposely killed on job. They don't want workers to die, they need workers.
Its just a historical fact that labor and its productiveness raises the standard of living. You do it home, you build something and you got an increase of material wealth of your own.
Your home is worth more than when you did not renovate the house.
Production has laws of its own and are incompatible with market laws of supply and demand.
Both workers and corporations or capitalists are not aware of this effect that human progress is taking place.
The whole species takes less time to materially reproduce itself and neither class can see this because neither class are educated to allow productivity to raise humanity from a living in a ditch.
But it is a fact, and it is proven by every form of cooperation. Basketball team, a military team, a worker team, together and combined they produce more is an economic law.
This is how corporations become giants, by the cooperation of many workers each worker doing a tiny part in the whole production process, the business expands its employee pay roll, some corporations employ more than 5,000 workers, a 1000 workers and 500 workers, 100 workers and the smaller the staff the larger is the automation and machinery invested. This is why agribusiness employs one worker and humongous machine to plant and harvest a greater output. This is good time for workers to organize. The public is on their side if they do and Congress hates the president who is anti-union. Silly not to take advantage of the situation. Do it for your kids. This is my message to workers in America on this May 1st, a legal holiday for workers, that began in the US and a day your government and employers do not honor, because a day off from work is a day lost in profits. Organize, don't Mourn.

  10. The high cost of American Exceptionalism – lack of benefits, i.e. mandatory in Europe sick and annual leave and health insurance and comprehensive labor protection with labor courts. By the way, happy Labor Day Europe.

  11. Engineered "drought" conditions; causing extreme heat; causing worker deaths??? A trail "backwards" to ' high-end murder charges'.?? Someday Isaiah 11:9 "They shall neither hurt nor destroy in all My holy Mountain/Kingdom"

  12. The reason both parties stay the hell away from real policy discussions in campaigns, and pretty much all the time, is because the population, even the Trumpers, are way, way, WAY to the left of those assholes. A huge percentage of Trumpers, if they could hear this and actually listen, would massively support sane changes to this insane, capital-friendly set of kill-'em-and-get-off-for-free policies.

  13. This topic needs to be a concern to everyone and given a lot more attention in the mainstream media!!! The employers need to be held accountable for this!!!

  14. Don Blankenship is a perfect example of how CEOs never face the same hard time for criminality as ordinary citizens…Blankenship over saw the death of dozens of his employees and only was convicted of a single misdemeanor and eventually tried a run for a senate seat right after the deaths happened!!!!
