Conversations are low priority communications with our friends and family members which often contain emotional statements and lack facts half the time. Paul Jay, I believe the cause of the problem is much simpler than your explanation. On the 14th Sept 2001 Continuity of Government Rules suspended the Constitution. CoG rules have been in place since the beginning of Obama's presidency, so it can seem that the President is ruling like a King, because he can – without a Constitution. Not a fan of Luqman since her rudeness at a conference in Richmond Virginia to a woman who did nothing to her. Got sucked in by the title.
