  1. 🤣🤣🤣 are you still standing by, that she's NOT a Russian asset??? She just proved again, she is!

  2. 2 years later Tulsi, stands up for Assange, calls out US intel, stands up for civil liberties, calls out the regime change efforts against Syria naming the terrorists as US proxies the sanctions has any other Democrat? crickets

  3. Tulsi supported Bernie who is a socialist I don't trust her to be President even though she seems to be more sane then any other dem candidate, although they are all for open borders and taking away the 2nd Amendment.

  4. I don't think Marc Steiner is capable of challenging a guest, of having an actual exchange of ideas. He interviews only people whom he agrees with. (Or else he agrees with whomever he's talking with.) I'm starting to put TRNN and The Nation in the same basket. It's not Hillary's "basket of deplorables." It's worse: a basket of dullards.

  5. How has she demonstrated that she is not interested in diplomacy?? She has indicated exactly the opposite!! There are some legitimate questions to ask when she says she is a hawk when it comes to fighting terrorism, but she has also been the only one (as far as i know) to speak about how the CIA, itself, funds terrorists. I say Tulsi2020!!

  6. To say that Tulsi is not interested in diplomacy is simply wrong. She has explained her interactions with all sorts of parihas (and the Dem establishment considers Trump one) and dictators is the first step in solving problems with these people. It sounds like TRNN belongs to the tribe that thinks contact with some people is on a prohibited list, like many other prohibitions erected to prevent the solving of problems.

  7. the most disturbing thing about tulsi is that she's a member of the CFR. council on foreign relations. they scrubbed this info from wikipiedia btw cuz it was bothering her masters that people were aware of her globalist support. fyi, she's not what you think

  8. WTFF REAL NEWS?! More like Controlled opposition news Tulsi Gabbard IS WAAAY MORE Anti-imperialist then Bernie Sanders who by the way also supports drones, war on terror, and supports imperial wars in Syria, Libya, Venezuela, Ukraine, and belives in Russians hiding underneath the bed, and is against BDS. For fuck sakes Tulsi Gabbard has support from libertarians and right-wing anti-imperialists and is able to convert them to supporting her even if they are against her socialist policies. I can't believe the Real News is now supporting impeaching trump just because he rightly told a head of state the previous vice president was a war profiteer that he should look into and is ready to allow others to smear Aaron mate and Michael Tracey. The Real NEws you guys have completely lost the plot and sad to see yet another great outlet jumping the shark. Btw the Nation always attacks people who are to the left of Clinton and Obama, they are a controlled opposition waste of ink paper that hates the Ralph NAders, Jill Steins, Dennis Kucinich and tulsi gabbards of the world and Mark Steiner propping this wind bag up is quite frankly fucking disgusting. I'm considering unsubscribing fuck this shit.

  9. She has repeated that : ‘ I’m a hawk on Terrorism , and a dove on regime change. ‘
So WHAT does she think CAUSES terrorism ???
    Regime change !!

  10. Neither news nor accurate, just doing your best to cast shade on behalf of the deep state. Shame on you Real News. Next shill piece gets unsub.

  11. Very fair video TRNN! Thanks for keeping it real. Too many times people are afraid to talk about Tulsi now because her cult always attacks anyone who says anything about her.

Hillary sucks. As always. But Tulsi is anti regime change but she’s not Anti-War. She lives the right wing nationalists and dictators who mass murders. That’s 100% for sure.

  12. Social democratic policy… ah ah ah…. diplomatic ressources… ah ah ah. Coming fron France, a so called social democracy. It bombed/invaded/supported Putches in approximately 20 countries over the last years.

  13. I wish all this media would stop labeling everyone e how they feel like it shes not antiwar if she was totally antiwar she wouldnt of joined the military duh.. regime changing is not a war or a reason to start one

  14. It seems they are trying to find fault with Tulsi Gabbard she is not peaceful? Tulsi criticizes the attack on Assange as a threat to journalism. Trump is going after Assange these guys are making Tulsi as the same as him. Tulsi said she would pardon Assange and Snowden. I think its best they talk to Tulsi Gabbard personally instead of speaking for her.

  15. You guys are not really getting to the truth about the whole Russiagate nonsense and Tulsi is the best hope we have to combat the Clinton/Bush Dynasty Mafia that basically serves at the feet of the international banking Mafia (Rothschilds, Rockafellas, Morgan's, ect.) which funds both sides of every war and this is what you need to be talking about if you want to speak truth to power about who is behind the propaganda and the nonsense which the CIA basically is just a media outlet for all that.
Enough of the nonsense about Tulsi meeting with foreign leaders trying to draw abstract conclusions on irrelevant tangents. it's time for the Real News Network to get real… Give me a break if things don't turn around real soon I'm unsubscribing this is turning into CNN type nonesense…

  16. very disappointed in your interview – bringing up the modi thing and that comparison with Trump. an antiwar candidate that is being ignored by the MSM except to smear her and then you interview a reporter from the Nation and bring up some of the same smears – very disappointing – Mark Steiner I expected better from you.

  17. Saying Tulsi Gabbard is anti-deplomacy is absurd. This is especially so when she has been smeared precisely for her pro-deplomacy stance. How can anyone forget all the times Tulsi has been bashed by the corporate media for simply talking to Assad? And then how many times did she get invited to show up on corporate media just so they can ask her about this and she can explain again her pro-diplomacy stance?

  18. Not a Russian agent not a factor just a Center-Right distraction. Anyone not supporting Bernie Sanders right now needs to have their head checked.

Read more talk less (irrelevant BS) focus on what matters & how we win in 2020 if you already support Bernie & the Revolution to overhaul this trash fire of a democracy just read the books. If you think we're in control of anything by electing a center-right moderate like Biden Buttigieg or Gabbard you are the problem things will get worse & you don't get to say anything when they do just shut up eat your McDonald's & fuck off or read a book make a conscious choice & help build a better world. One or the other stop watching MSNBC if you watch Fox it's probably already too late?

    For the rest of you…

Read 5 books a month finish these in a year – you can thank me by rhetorically punching our current political discourse in the face & being a better equipped more informed voter/human being.

  19. What is with TRN using this title for the video? "Tulsi Gabbard Isn't a Russian Asset. It's More Complicated Than That." This implies there is something about her anti-war stance that might be nefarious in some other manner. Seems that TRN elements of the Liberal Class has some "other agenda" when anyone criticizes American Empire.

  20. The original red scare freedom fighters had to be physically subdued by the US in order have an affect on the masses. Today's red scare shows the evolution of complacency by the masses who no longer need to be physically threatened as, presently, simple propaganda serves the purpose. Quite scary indeed to the point of being nauseating really.

  21. American politics by European standards is so childish and predictable it’s called playground politics. No need for analysts just ask any European preschool child and they could give you an accurate analysis of American politics the Americans are being plated for fools by their politicians

  22. Don't be DECEIVED. Tulsi Gabbard is playing "Good Cop Bad Cop" so the DNC runs her in 2024. She is everything BAD that the Communists want. The DEMONRATS know that they have lost 2020 to President TRUMP. Tulsi Gabbard is Satan in SHEEP'S clothing. Don't trust her calmly delivered false promises. Tulsi stands for DemonRat RESULTS- Open borders, Illegal aliens Sanctuary cities, NO JOBS, green new deal, infantacide, rat infested cities, crime, feces covered tents in downtown LA, drugs, gender confusion, climate fraud, gun confiscation and Globalism and AOC idiocy. You will be ENSLAVED by a pretty face. Tulsi is a DANGEROUS wolf in SHEEP'S clothing. Remember how we were fooled by "the cool guy" Obama? He's her secret boss + Killary Clinton and megabucks are changing hands. Just not YOUR hands. WALKAWAY- WALKAWAY- WALKAWAY FROM THE DEMONRAT PARTY FOREVER. Say NO to Tulsi Gabbard in 2024.

  23. Sounds ridiculous to say Tulsi doesn’t have diplomacy in her equation when she is getting attacked for openly stating that the only alternative to diplomacy is war when she goes to meet with Assad.

  24. Interesting but unsubstantiated claims.
If you think we can just evacuate the ME and all will be well, that’s naivety.
Using intelligence, tech and diplomacy should be the only options we utilize.
I see waaaaay more problems with other candidates foreign policies.
Calling her approach similar to Trump’s is incorrect. Trump has been status quo for most of his Command of our armed forces. That’s disingenuous not to recognize this.

  25. I have to question the actual intelligence of the individual that is in this interview. First off his ability to speak without saying "um" every other word, is mind-numbing, and the fact that he supports Bernie and doesn't like Trump's foreign policy makes his arguments completely invalid in my opinion.

  26. Weak interview. She believes in a 2 state solution concerning Palestine and is real, BDS is a 1 state solution also the "S" stands for sanctions which she and many americans are against. She has no issues w/Boycott or Divest.
Diplomatic: Tulsi showed more diplomacy when only she went to Syria on fact finding than anyone in the last 44 years combined, it was nice to see.
    @@UCrmm_7RDZJeQzq2-wvmjueg You can do better.

  27. Backfire my ass… I absolutely don’t think it’s a stretch to think that this is meant to take some of Bernie’s support away. I’m not saying that’s absolutely what is happening, so don’t @ me in a rage, but I am saying it’s absolutely a possibility, and one that make sense in a variety of ways. If you think that’s just a crazy conspiracy theory, you might want to look into the history of COINTELPRO, and the capitalist elite war against leftists, in general.

I don’t hate Tulsi, nor do I care for her very much, and that’s largely to do with the aftermath of this whole affair, but also just her performance since she’s started to run, in general. Obviously she’s better than most of the other candidates, BUT had you asked me how I felt about her a year ago, I’d have said the only politician I supported more was Bernie Sanders, and while the latter is still the case, the former is not, unfortunately. Frankly, I really don’t understand the position a lot of self-described progressives, and even self-described leftists, are taking on her campaign. It’s like, people, just bc there’s a lot of bad faith shit critiques and criticisms of Tulsi doesn’t mean all criticisms of her are bs. To be fair, I know people who are still where I was a year ago on her, and they understand this, and have criticisms of her too, but there’s a strange amount of “progressives” who I’ve talked to online who think she’s got a better foreign policy than Bernie’s, and even his foreign policy is far from what I prefer (it’s still the best of anyone running though, by a significant amount). I’m just really curious what the actual breakdown of her supporters looks like, and I’m even more curious how many less people would be backing her if Joe Rogan hadn’t had her on his show, and if she was less attractive… questions that will never be answered, I’m sure.

Anyway, like I said, I do not hate Tulsi, and I still think she’s a better option than any of the centrist dems (which imo may as well include Yang, who’s another one that I can’t understand why he has the amount of “progressive” support he appears to have). I’m bringing this up again hopefully to avoid any hate/angry Tulsi fans.. Honestly, if you do have a bone to pick me, that’s perfectly fine, but can you please make it substantive? I didn’t throw out any spiteful, nonsensical, or bad faith criticisms, so maybe return the favor if you want to take me to task? Please and thank you and peace to all!

  28. Diplomacy gets left out of the equation? She met with President Assad and people of Syria. Saying Tulsi rejects diplomacy is a flat out lie. US media won't even interview people on the streets of Syria.
