I am sure most Venezuelans are willing to come together as one ignoring their political differences for the purpose of the sanctions to be lifted and their frozen money abroad to come directly into their pockets. They would have to establish an non-profit organization and sign a consent form where with the aid and oversight of the Red Cross /Vatican /local churches to assure this money is equally shared and distributed. I am more than convinced that over 80 percent is willing.
