U.S. Supreme Court ruling makes it easier for judges to give young people life sentences. Now what?

1. The only country in the democratic world that does this. That is not advancement to behind the rest of the democratic world. Massive overhauling of the justice system is needed along with a national standard of dealing with young offenders similar to what Canada has with their "Young Offenders Act" which applies to all young offenders in Canada.

Consequently, SCOTUS is taking a hardline stance against criminals including juvenile criminals. Today, USA enjoys the dubious honor as having incarcerated the greatest percentage of its population than any developed nation. US justice system has no meaningful rehabilitation mission. Instead, its philosophy is “lock’em up and throw away the key.”

Then, in a crisis, you can be arrested and subject to mob rule and denied any possible justice. It’s saying that if you object to the way your country is headed politically, you are a foreign agent with the end result may mean you have to be physically removed from society and potentially the earth. It is very dangerous for TYT to participate in this slander, but what’s worse is saying what people like Kyle Kulinsky and Krystal Ball, amongst others, who say that this is just a PRIVATE spat between 2 people! Private cannot be any further from the truth! Anybody on the Left who doesn’t publicly condemn this McCarthyism, either tacitly approves of it or is a useful idiot! Sound familiar?

11. America reminds me of popular OS systems in computer technology. The system will fade out at some point even after so many versions. It may happen in my time or children or grandchildren, but when our people stop accepting these versions and starting implementing themselves into politics by the mass we will be outnumbered outvoted outed.

My son was Acquitted of 3 murders in Cobb County Georgia under O.C.G.A. 16-3-21, 16-3-23, and 16-3-24 these are the justification, self defense, Immunity laws for the state of Georgia this law states that once my son proved that he was justified in defending his life he could not be prosecuted for making threats or using force. It also states that my son had to have a pretrial hearing before he could ever be taken to trial. My son was not given his pretrial hearing and after he proved his immunity he was sent to prison for making threats to a possible 2nd attacker my son has been in prison for 7yrs even though the law says he can't be prosecuted no public pretender will argue the O.C.G.A. as it pertains to my son's case. I don't have the funds to hire a attorney could you please help us.
