  1. African countries should demand LVT. Land cannot be hidden or moved offshore and the tax is not passed on. The entire world is taxing labor instead of land/natural resources. Understanding economics would help.

  2. Africa needs a central bank. And then this wouldn’t be happening and all other countries that rob her can and would be paying the proper price on the resources these countries rob from Africa

  3. The Southern countries have to have competitive tax rates. If taxes are too high people will engage in tax avoidance. Further, nations can insist that companies pay taxes based on local income. If they fail to report they will not be allowed to operate in those countries. It is not as if they are required to allow a company to operate in their country.

    I wouldn't want unelected people from all over the world deciding US tax policy. African nations have natural resources the world wants. They can require companies to pay to mine, institute payroll taxes and other tax policies. They decide how they wish to collect and establish taxes just like we do.
