U.S. companies control 35% of the global arms industry. The growing weapons market is fueled by wars in the Middle East and by Trump’s excessive defense budget and aggressive posturing.

  1. Come on ! Since JFK was assasinated, the U.S. has been in a War and Weapons economy. Trump is a Fool, Liar, and overall Joke,, but he’s just the latest in a long line of corrupt U.S. presidents. We’re the biggest terrorists on the planet.,, even over Israel. If you don’t see that, stick your head back in the sand.

  2. Just think if we spent that money on renewable energy we wouldn't need to fight wars over oil fields.

  3. Didn't the Dems also raise the military budget even above the Republicans proposal last year?

I know that there is certainly a "Trump Militarism"

But how can we be this myopic??? Its every corner that there is a political dog, rat or mule. Which is in every party, in every branch of government, in every level of status and rank.
Pointing only to one or the other is like trying to put out a fire with your back-turned to the blaze, while you piddle water on the grass.

Sure, Trump is narrow, dumb, violent and the people around him are using him as a pivot-point for policy.. but we better start naming names, and getting these toxic and demonic people out of positions of power, from the military, all the way to the capitalist profiteers who love the cash-generation of a good mass-child-bombing in Yemen for instance.

  4. You people act like the US never sold weapons to other countries before President Trump. I hate to break it to you, but that's been happening since WW2.

  5. It's ironic that the u.s. is greatest arms dealer in the world it will sell any weapon to any foreign country and yet are trying to disarm the citizens of this country with all the ridiculous new gun laws, there is a hidden dark agenda here.

  6. Concerned about climate? Here’s a place to start protesting. They’ll tell you all day about plastics and emissions but they don’t talk about the pollution from war and the use of weapons.
