While the US and UK have called for a ceasefire in Yemen, Col. Larry Wilkerson says they are not truly committed to ending Saudi Arabia’s “total war” on Yemen. Trump and May are saving face after the Khashoggi killing, and the kingdom is still bombing civilian areas with American and British help

  1. The war in Yemen sadly won't end any time soon. The Saudi intervention and the Hadi government in Yemen both have the expressed support of the Arab League, NATO, Russia, China, India, Pakistan, Hamas and Fatah.

  2. With their pockets full, U.S. lawmakers gleefully hobnob with Saudi
princes, hoping to secure more lucrative arms deals for U.S. defense
contractors, who then put more money in the campaign coffers of corrupt
    U.S. Senators and Congressman.

  3. After the Attacks of Sept 11, 2001, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
took a feather out Israel’s cap by investing hundreds of millions of
dollars into legalized bribing of U.S. politicians – a practice
known colloquially in Washington as lobbying. What the mafia
and organized crime syndicates do under the table, rogue states like
Israel and Saudi Arabia are able to do out in the open.

  4. The slaughtering of innocent men, women and children has been going on for over three years now…and now that a shady figure like Kashoggi gets killed we are supposed to believe that the US, the UK and France are suddenly willing to stop this war? The “sanctions” and measures that are taken are nothing but a smoke curtain….to hide the fact that the war goes on, just like the very profitable business behind it.

  5. The Saudis should stick to riding Camels…
Israel is pumping Saudi for more land to expand its evil Zionist system and is waiting for Iran to hit back that would give Israel and its allies reason to wage war on Iran”
This war will soon cripple the Saudi kingdom, earthquakes and floods will claim everything they ever were. Be patient oh oppressed people of Yemen you will be victorious from the UNKNOWN and the UNSEEN🙏

  6. "Called for a cease-fire."
Translated, that probably means it stopped making a profit.

Anyway, everyone in this country who's been behind it so far ALREADY belongs in prison. Instead of prison, they'll probably get Peace Prizes for "ending it"!

  7. How can USA cut Saudi's loose as long as they hold the keys to the Petrodollar via the cozy Swift Payment system arrangement between the two countries?

  8. Of course they don't want to end the war, it's not in the best interest of the military industry to end any war. They want more wars. More wars mean more arms sales and profit. And more rebuilding contracts.

  9. It's funny how the US government is the first to talk shit about Iran, but directly aids war crimes in Yemen. I guess most politicians will sell their souls for political expediency
