US Women’s Soccer Team Stands for Equal Pay and Confronting Trump

2. Women don’t generate the same revenue ! So why should you be paid the same ?

3. I challenge a woman to build a female franchise sports team and pay their players equal to men's sports teams. See how that works out. Call up CEO Susan Wojcicki and ask her to bankroll it.

15. I was an athlete when I was younger and I can tell you exactly why they not only have separate leagues for men and women but why they also insist that men must be paid more than women. There are some women who are better at some sports than some men. There are a small number of men who feel insecure to the point that they are afraid of women who can out do them in anything. Even though they don't represent the majority of men, they tend to get to the tops of their various fields of expertise, probably also due to this sense of insecurity. So we all have to live under this absurd bullshit where women and other marginalized communities are treated as second class citizens because a very small number of people in this world are terrified for anything to change or that they will have to answer to anyone at all. They are suffering people, no doubt, but we all have to face reality eventually and this is 2019. If we say that women are equal human beings, then we have to act that way and the same goes for every other marginalized community. People are people.

37. Women's soccer is a very low profit enterprise! On fox sports on a average 63,000 viewers per game. On ESPN mens soccer averages 240,000 viewers per game! Theirs television ad revenue that makes a huge difference! For one year revenue overall women's soccer teams only generated 17 million dollars and the mens soccer teams overall generated 529 million dollars! Bottom line feminists, if you want to get paid the same go out and start buying tickets for women's soccer or start watching it!!
