19. @9:38 the woman showed her cluelessness at that point -it is not that Venezuelan heavy crude from the Orinoco basin is considered the best oil in the world within the oil industry circles, quite the contrary but they are US based refineries like in Texas that are operationally customised to receive and process Venezuelan oil making it very relevant to the US oil market. if the US government can somehow capture the country then they can get the oil at a favourable price then they will simply gouge the oil out of the ground and the venezuelans population will get almost nothing for it -except for the elite.
