Video caught a cop making an illegal arrest, but he was just getting started

In addition to stonewalling and charging exorbitant fees for public records, police sometimes redact content to the point that it becomes useless, e.g. by muting audio, blanking out parts of images, excising segments, etc. And that's if the officer didn't conveniently turn the camera off or mute the audio themselves before committing a crime.

    And ended up paying heavy fines and court costs because I couldn't afford a lawyer.
