Once you have done your time, you have paid for your crime. There would be less repeat offenders, if records were for police eyes only, and did not hamper these men when they get out and look for work. The only exception, should be pedophiles, if they apply for a job working around children. Likewise, they should get back their full rights, plus the right to vote.
