  1. Economic Sanctions are the same as bombing civilians, causing untold suffering and for some a slow death, same outcome and are dispicable crimes against humanity, committed by the dark drunken lust for power of the U.S. let this be recorded along with all the other regime changes and proxy killings the U.S. has committed.

  2. @The Real News Network : There'll hopefully be Q&A with this 3-part series. There should be, so we'll need to wait this out. Q&A is often a good thing to include. Otherwise, this is an okay summary presentation, and I'm glad that it included a little about the years of President Hugo Chavez. It provides a fuller understanding about the US vs Ven. situation. I already knew a lot about that but got some details from this TRNN presentation that I hadn't previously learned. Looking forward to parts 2 and 3.

  3. The U.S., as the #1, undisputed, Rogue-and-Terrorist-State on the planet, is very well established… Looking forward, to see all them widely scattered chickens come home, to roost, with gusto…

  4. The most white 40% of society in Venezuela, they hoard all of the land, wealth and control of the economy. And as everyone in the Maduro Administration are in the top 40% of society, this explains why they have done nothing to help the 60% working poor. And so, the solution is to elect a President from the working poor who will execute a land reform, nationalize the banks and force the rich to pay a 70% tax.

  5. If Greg's only goal was to make people feel miserable, then give him a wiki button, as he accomplished nothing but a rehash of the misery. Comes now a better way, a way to reach agreement on the root cause, which will make the solution most self-evident. For USA is an oil exporting nation and as it is destroying competitors Iraq, Libya, Syria, Iran and Venezuela, the solution is to enlighten Saudi Arabia, UAE and Qatar that they will be next.

  6. Social Democracy doesn't work in developing countries. It's a by-word for corruption, organized crime, mass inflation, and endless subversion from the more powerful countries.
