  1. i am a nearly 70 year old white guy, born in the northeast and always lived here. We have had an unspoken wisdom all this time. You don't want to know where your food comes from. You don't want to know anything about it . . .

  5. White people and racism caused this.
My people burned every year to control bugs and growth, promote space for animals. The no burn policy was to deprive the indigenous people of food.
I was a wild land fire fighter. It's documented the fire policy and national forest were created to starve and break indigenous people.

  6. For Newsom to say he believes in science is akin to saying I believe in logic. Belief plays no role in either discipline, as belief breeds dogma. Perhaps more people would listen if you did not speak to them as if we are idiots and face up to the mismanagement and fatal neglect, should you not expect more fires if mismanaged land is left to the natural process? No long term outlook. Four months of statewide lock down, and yet the most vulnerable are still neglected. For skilled nursing homes the state gave guidelines, but what action has been taken to implement them?

And then there is the for-profit-prison system which violated citizens constitutional rights even before last October, and now this neglect is akin to genocide.
I wonder if Newson will "believe" the science and will ensure firefighters are properly equipped, especially the prisoners who serve during wild fires.

  7. Damn REAL NEWS NETWORK! Yall keep regurgitating the establishment narrative of COVID SPIKES. Do u realize that on the CDC website it says clearly that the reason for the spike is because they are combining the antibody positives, which is the immunity, and the actual suffering ill cases. So basically people that have tested immunity to it are now considered sickly, ill. Wtf yall!? HELLO yall playing the neoliberal card on that point. Also the mortality rate is lower than earlier. It is actually at its lowest. WHO said over a week ago that it is almost impossible to contract it from asymptomatic persons. Stop using msm talking points u lose street cred
