24. Every political news talk show has ignored the resource of the 100,000,000 non-voters of 2016. In one of AOC's interview was that she ignored the advise of the experienced politicians and taped into this non-voter resource instead of limiting her campaign to the usual voters. The status quo in the system rely on this limited number of voters and ignore the non-voters. AOC targeted these non-voters in a productive manner to EXPAND the Electorate, that is what helped her to win against a long time democrat.

    If any real change is to be realized the Electorate needs to be DRASTICALLY expanded to include these non-voters. Forcing them to vote is not the answer (Australia). These non-voters need something that they can honestly SUPPORT, the status quo is not worth their support.
