In the first segment of this week’s “Marc Steiner Show,” we discuss what changes we should and shouldn’t expect in U.S. policy toward Palestine and Israel in the Biden era. For this segment, Marc is joined by James Zogby, founder and president of the Arab American Institute, managing director of Zogby Research Services, former member of the Democratic National Committee, and author of “Arab Voices: What They Are Saying to Us, and Why It Matters”; and Phyllis Bennis, director of the New Internationalism Project at the Institute for Policy Studies, founding member of the U.S. Campaign to End the Israeli Occupation, national board member of Jewish Voice for Peace, and author of numerous books, including “Love Wins: Palestinian Perseverance Behind Walls.”

  1. If I was Palestinian and was told you don't get a country you just supposedly get equal rights' in Israel I'd ask would you accept that? So if no one else will accept that why should the Palestinian's?

  2. This is clearly the way usa, has treated black Americans. This government , the federal government refuses to pay for there crimes.

  3. That the Palestinians need to make a popular movement that provides a more politically viable option, is one of the most overlooked arguments I've heard.
Incidentally, the same applies for the Israelis.

  4. It's nuts that israel say they beleave in god . And to see what they do to palistine 😥, I beleave in god I beleave these ppl both sides with be judged .

  5. It is not question what policy would be under Biden toward Palestine, question is what will change with death of Sheldon Adelson.

  6. Blinken as Sec of State is a virtual guarantee that the US will continue to abandon Palestinians to genocide—and he has already promised US support "regardless of Israel's standing under international law." Funny, it's already against US law to give any support to regimes that abuse human rights and have nuclear weapons totally outside any treaty or accountability. Disgrace.
