  1. Approximately 100 million Americans between the age of 18 and 65 are unemployed. There are approximately 200 million Americans between 18 and 65. Do the math.

  2. Good news for unemployed people who want to work no matter your ethnic group: BE AN ENTREPRENEUR, especially online (less expenses).

Bad news: it's not for everybody, sadly.

  3. And wages will stay very low, and the more "social safety nets" you put in place, the lower wages will go. These socialist policies being pushed do nothing but make a larger portion of the population poor. I dont care if you make minimum wage $100 and hour, you will still have the exact same buying power.

  4. On shows, like this, one issue is never mentioned. I think it is mainstream new's influence on all news, including left. It is how workers are treated on the job, employee abuse by management. When a person sees that they are going to have to sacrifice body, and mind, for a wage that will not sustain them, makes the situation hopeless in making an effort.

  5. "National Unemployment Rate at 3.6 PercentThrough April 2019. Approximately 263,000 jobs were created in April 2019, and the national unemployment rate dipped to 3.6 percent, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics.Apr 5, 2019"
