While visiting a friend in Queens I come upon officers questioning this guy at length while reviewing his credentials, thereafter, officers handcuffed and took this man in for no reason, other than the fact that he was walking down the block minding his business. Now I do not know the reasons why, but I did hear the guy saying he was on his way to work and that he wanted the officers to call his employment, however, he was arrested and taken in…and in the process of this man being detained, officers failed to secure the guys weapon before placing him in the Patrol Car…This is definitely strictly against the NYPD Patrol Guide
