If you are from Out-Of-State traveling in your vehicle with licence plates from that State and rolling through #EastHarlem, you will be targeted and harassed by the Anti-Crime Unit from both the 23 & 25Pct’s….Just because you are from Out-Of-State, doesn’t give them the probable cause to stop your vehicle, search you & then search the vehicle…This is a total violation of your 4th Amendment Rights. These officers use this method to run warrant checks in the hopes that you are wanted or hope that they find something in your vehicle to obtain a collar…This method is illegal and racist because this type of Shit does not happen in others areas, but only in areas where the majority are People of Color….Upper class people commit the same offences and are prone to the same acts of crimes…The question is “WHY US?”…..
