This guy here was targeted for sitting, gets approached by officers but gets agitated because he knows that he isn’t doing anything wrong. As soon as this individual gets agitated, the first thing they want to do is handcuff you and called an ambulance to remove him from the area. This individual in the beginning was not at a state where he needs to be committed for psychological evaluation, he was just upset…… basically they do this to pass the buck over to someone else and to make their job a lot easier by just committing them all
