But what if your vehicle is your home??? Some people live in their car or truck then there's RVs …..ect. maybe do a follow up on this and not just smelling marijuana but other possible rights vehicle dwellers may have but not know if any

U dint have time to watch the bmfukk vid tonight so ill watch tomorrow but I've always wondered, what if a cop says they smell weed in your car as an excuse to have probable cause, but you've never smoked weed never? I know that isn't likely because I am an adult who understands cops aren't out to get everyone, but let's say that happens because you just so happen to get on a dirty cops bad side. What recourse do you have? Obviously at that point you can't resist, you have to allow the search and whatnot but what recourse would you have afterwards? How would you prove the officer lied to circumvent your rights?

Weeds legal here as well as being a legal grower for medical patients doesnt matter what it's called lol we got cops here all the time we have weed class to young cops on the force like once a week lol

I'm new to Mike the Cop. Love the father/son motif, my wife and I hope to have a son in perhaps a year or so. Anyhow, fascinating vid, recreational weed is legal in Canada (one of the few things I think Trudeau got right) so I had a toke at some point during this vid. I used to be hardcore, smoke every day and multiple times a day, days off would be basically stoned from morning to night, but now it's only every now and then. At most, every two days, and generally only once before I go to sleep. Cheers! I welcome any questions or comments!
