A young 16 year old girl should not be handcuffed and hauled off to jail over an argument…the girl did not grab or assault anyone to warrant her arrest, just freshman high school teenagers being teenagers, loud and argumentative, but not enough to be criminalized and manhandled by to grown guys and placed in a police car…….#NYPD
