I (CPU) took a trip to Brooklyn because of high complaints of Plainclothes Officers out of the 84 & 79Pcts stopping children and searching them on a daily basis, so we went out to see what the issue was and bumped into this situation where Plainclothes Officers stopped a 12 year old with his 9 year old brother heading to the store for no apparent reason but to profile them which is sad because our youth in this Community are being targeted…AND THE NYPD ARE NOT FILLING OUT THE REQUIRED UF250 FORMS TO DOCUMENT THE STOP….STOP & FRISK IS STILL ALIVE AND WELL IN BROOKLYN AND ALL THE OTHER BOROUGHS IN NEW YORK CITY…..
